FAQs
When will I receive my mail? Can I track it?
Each envelope is sent out at the first of each month! Since it's sent with a regular stamp (untracked), delivery times can vary!
What if I don't receive my mail?
If you do not receive The Limey Post letter by 4 weeks after the shipping date has elapsed, please get in touch with me via email thelimeyco@gmail.com and I will re-send your letter!
When is The Limey Post billed each month?
The Limey Post is billed on the day you initially sign up, then on the 15th of each month following. If you'd like to cancel your subscription you just need to do so before the 15th.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Your subscription can be paused or cancelled whenever through your account.
